Apakah kamu pernah mendengar kata PHONOLOGY sebelumnya ? Apasih PHONOLOGY itu? Baiklah kali ini saya akan membahas tentang salah satu cabang ilmu linguistic yaitu PHONOLOGY , Let's Begin !!! Phonology adalah ilmu yang mempelajari tentang suatu sistem dalam bahasa. Ilmu ini merupakan salah satu cabang linguistik yang berkaitan dengan cara pengucapan bahasa. Secara harfiah fonologi terdiri dari gabungan kata fon yang berarti bunyi dan logi yang berarti ilmu. Sedangkan dalam khazanah bahasa Indonesia, istilah phonology merupakan turunan kata fonologie (bahasa Belanda). Ada dua macam phonology, yaitu : Fonetik adalah ilmu mempelajari bagaimana bunyi-bunyi fonem sebuah bahasa dilafalkan. Fonemik adalah ilmu mempelajari cara kerja organ tubuh manusia, terutama yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan dan pengucapan bahasa . HapusYou're welcome. But, Ferdinand De Saussure. In his book "Cours de Linguistique Generale" General Linguistics Lecture ', Saussure defines phonology as the study of human language sounds. From this definition it is reflected that the language sounds referred to by him are only elements that sound differently from the ear and which are able to produce units - unlimited acoustic units in a series of utterances.
